Our Return Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 day have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

The work(s) of art must be returned unused in their original condition with the packaging intact. Any items returned without the original documentation will be rejected. Any work(s) of art that is/are damaged through the customer misuse, is/are missing parts or is/are in unsellable condition due to consumer tampering will not be eligible for a refund.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Work(s) of art come with the Certificate of Authenticity if so stated in the item’s description field. Certificate of Authenticity is usually issued for original works of art and fine art prints printed in limited editions.
Certificate of Authenticity of an original work of art includes according to international standards information regarding the title of the work, the year it was made, the original medium, size, the artist’s full name, the artist’s official web page, contact information, and the artist’s signature.
Certificate of Authenticity of a fine art print includes according to international standards information regarding the title of the work, the year it was made, the original medium, size, the artist’s full name, the artist’s official web page, contact information, the artist’s signature, the size of the edition, number of the print, size of the print, type of ink, type of paper, printing date, and the official stamp and signature of the print master.
DELIVERY TIME
The Seller will ship the work(s) of art in 3 working days. The delivery date depends on the shipping location. Deliveries inside EU should arrive in 3 to 10 days. Overseas deliveries should take 10 to 15 days to arrive, but please allow up to a 30-day delivery time due to customs and unexpected delays.
The items will be shipped through national postal service Pošta Slovenije unless some special circumstances should arrive.

SAFE KEEPING AND PRESERVATION OF ORIGINAL WORKS OF ART, ETCHINGS AND FINE ART PRINTS
Original works of art, etchings and fine art prints must not be exposed to direct sun light, damp or severe heat. If a particular work of art is not framed, it must be stored in a black folder in a dark and dry place where the temperature is between 18° and 25°C (64.4°–77°F). Work(s) of art made on paper should be framed in a manner that allows some space between the glass of the frame and the work of art. For this reason, all work(s) of art of Alenka Sottler are already in passé-partout when shipped to the Buyer. Passe-partout prevents the work of art to touch the glass when framed. Framing, however, must be done by the Buyer alone.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
